I’m Jim Kissane, and I write and tell stories about “The Story of Industrial America” that era of the 1850’s – 1950’s when America became a global industrial giant.
Would you like to experience fascinating people, places, and important events of the 1850’s through 1950’s that received little attention in traditional history books? Discover “the rest of the story?”
My original stories come from historical records and personal accounts of family members, friends, co-workers involved in the industries that made America in that era a global economic force.
I have taken the historical stories, actions and accomplishments of individuals and circumstances of that era and brought those stories to life. Treat your imagination to a new perspective!
